Sand Dollar Seaplanes is looking forward 13th season of flights over Beautiful Lake Gaston and surrounding lakes. Over the last twelve years we have flown over 4000 friends and 2500 hours. The support the lake community has shown me  has been overwhelming and I look forward to another year of seaplane adventures with lake family and friends. Located at Lake Gaston between the Food Lion Shopping Center and Subway, we carry a broad selection of bikes, kayaks, paddleboards accessories from premium brands like Giant, Hobie & Tahe along with Lake Gaston shirts hats, and gear. And of course we're a repair, maintenance & warranty service center for all our brands. Didn't purchase your bike from us? No worries, we can perform repairs & maintenance on any brand bike.

Located in Halifax County 30 miles northwest of Rocky Mount, Medoc Mountain State Park stands on the 325-foot remnant of a once-mighty mountain range from 350 million years ago. Instead of a typical "mountain" adventure, visitors can enjoy picnicking in the park's open meadow, fishing on Little Fishing Creek, and traversing the trails on foot, bike, or horse. Uncommon species such as Lewis' heartleaf and the Neuse River waterdog call the park home.

THIS is a dream cOMe true! To build, from the ground up, my own idea, concept, and brand for such a unique business. The idea to create the FIRST mobile yoga and wellness studio came about 3 years ago. For my 40th birthday I skipped the Caribbean vacay and bought an RV instead. I rescued a 1990 34' Fleetwood Pace Arrow frOM sitting in a junkyard for 10 years, and quickly named her Jolene. She has been cOMpletely gutted, renovated, and turned into a mobile yoga and wellness studio. INSIDE! I drive around offering small group yoga and yoga therapy classes, corporates, privates, kids and family yoga, senior and chair yoga, workshops/lectures, and professional development courses in mindfulness and yoga. Jolene attends various events and festivals, rolling out the canopy to sell retail goods that focus on locally made yoga and/or wellness items. By showcasing local business owners, it is my hope to prOMote all of the amazing talent we have around us! I also sell a few products from companies products that "give back" as well. The studio is available to anyone promoting their talents, as long as it involves some aspect of wellness. Skinner Farms is a generational family farm located in Littleton, NC. Our family has been farming for over seven generations and hope to continue into the future.
